Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the SathiSeva App or Web Directory. By using our platform, you agree to these governing terms.

Key Governance Principles

Direct Discovery Platform: SathiSeva connects residents directly with local vendors. We do not charge commissions on bookings.

Transparent Vendor Subscriptions: Vendor membership plans (₹360/year or selected duration) provide directory listing & profile tools.

Direct User-Vendor Agreements: Service terms, pricing, and execution are agreed directly between resident and service provider.

Verified Listings: Vendor identity & shop proofs are audited by SathiSeva moderators before verification badge issue.

1.Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the SathiSeva Mobile Application or Website (sathiseva.arkabyte.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to use our platform and enter into agreements with local service providers.

2.Platform Nature & Scope of Service

SathiSeva is a local discovery and information directory platform designed specifically for Keshod and surrounding regions in Gujarat.

SathiSeva allows residents to search, discover, view portfolio photos, check working hours, and contact local service providers directly via phone or WhatsApp.
SathiSeva is not an employer, broker, or agent of any listed vendor or contractor.
All work contracts, price quotes, warranties, and service execution take place directly between the resident and the vendor.

3.Vendor Memberships & Billing Policy

Local businesses and service providers registering on SathiSeva select an annual or periodic membership plan (e.g., ₹360/year or ₹30/month) to maintain an active listing and verified badge.

A. Verification Review

All vendor applications are subject to document review (shop photos, ID proof, address proof). SathiSeva reserves the right to reject listing requests that contain fraudulent or illegal information.

B. Non-Refundable Subscription Policy

Once a vendor profile has been verified and published live on the SathiSeva directory, membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

4.Acceptable Use & Code of Conduct

Users and Vendors agree NOT to:

Post false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent service listings or user reviews.
Use the platform for any illegal activities, unauthorized marketing, or spam.
Harass, threaten, or abuse vendors, customers, or SathiSeva support staff.
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the SathiSeva app or server infrastructure.

5. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Service Contracts

SathiSeva does not warrant or guarantee the quality, timeliness, or safety of services performed by independent local vendors. Residents are encouraged to verify quotes and inspect work independently.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian laws, SathiSeva shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from user-vendor transactions, service delays, or financial disputes between parties.

6.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms or SathiSeva services shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Keshod / Junagadh, Gujarat, India.
